Q: Can I rent a space for less than a month?
We are a month-to-month facility and require a minimum 3-month stay. We do not rent spaces for less than three months.
Q: What are your rates?
Rates vary based on the size of the space. Please fill out an inquiry here.
Q: Can I stay in my RV while parked on the property?
No. Our facility is for storage of vehicles only, we do not allow tenants to stay overnight in their vehicles.
Q: What type of security do you provide?
We have newly upgraded security cameras around the gated property and each tenant is given their own access code.
Q: Do you have hook-ups?
No. We are a storage only facility.
Q: Do you have covered spots?
All of our spots are outdoors and uncovered.
Q: Do you have dump facilities?
No, we do not allow dumping on the site.
Q: When would I be able to access my vehicle?
You would have access to our facility 7:00am - 8:00pm daily, 365 days a year.
Q: Can I park more than one vehicle per space?
We only allow one vehicle per space.
Q: Can I store my car or truck at your facility?
We are no longer allowing cars or trucks to be stored at our facility. RV/Trailer/Motor Home/Boat Storage only.
Q: Can I store my bus at your facility?
We are no longer allowing buses to be stored at our facility.
Q: Do you have contracts?
Yes, we are a month-to-month facility and require you to sign a contract agreeing to our rules and regulations.
Q: What else is required for storing my property at your facility?
In addition to signing our contract, we require a copy of your driver's license, insurance, and registration.
Q: Can I stop by your office to view a space?
We would be happy to show you the spaces we have available, however, we do require you to set up an appointment to view. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
